David Stella Photography ("we," "us") operates davidstellaphotography.com and provides portrait, wedding, and event photography services in Central Florida. This policy explains what personal information we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
When you contact us through our website form, by phone, or by email, we collect the information you give us: your name, email address, mobile phone number, the type of session you're interested in, your preferred session date, how you heard about us, and any details you choose to share about your project. If you book a session we also collect billing information and a mailing address.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, quote and schedule your session, communicate with you before and after a shoot, deliver your photo gallery, and handle billing. We keep records of past clients so we can serve returning customers.
Text messaging and your mobile number
If you provide your mobile number and consent to text messages, we will use it to reply to your inquiry, confirm session details, send appointment reminders, and send your gallery link.
We do not share, sell, rent, or otherwise disclose mobile phone numbers or SMS consent to any third party for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties. Mobile numbers are shared only with the messaging service provider that delivers our texts, solely for the purpose of delivering those messages on our behalf.
Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation with us — typically fewer than ten messages per inquiry or booking. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Other third parties
We use Pixieset to host our website, contact form, client galleries, and client records, and standard payment processors to handle payments. These providers process your information only to provide their service to us. We do not sell personal information.
Your photographs
Photographs from your session belong to you under the terms of your session agreement. We may display selected images in our portfolio, on social media, or in marketing materials unless you tell us in writing that you'd prefer we didn't. Just ask — we'll honor it.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your personal information, or stop contacting you, at any time: david@davidstellaphotography.com. To stop text messages specifically, reply STOP to any message.
Children
Our services are not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. Minors are photographed only with a parent or guardian's involvement.
Changes
We may update this policy. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
